I had Editvoicepack before in the past, but honestly I dont remember what NET Framework I used to make it work, now I tried all I can find of them Framewroks, the version it askes for  1.1.4322, but also the new 4.5 version, but none of these seem to work, should I install them somewhere specificly, or is it another Framework I need ?   

Maybe someone can give me a link ?

 

According to the FAQ on their website, version 1.1 is required.
