I just did a total download and install of everything FLIGHT onto  my i5 laptop, manly to see if I could. Besides taking about 5 hours to get every thing back, guess I'm just a glutton for punishment, all went well. Everything I had paid for was returned. Everything is exactly the same as my desktop instillation except for the aircraft repaints of course. I bought everything at full price as it became available from GFLW. I thought it was a bargain at the time, still do.  So, I have nothing at all from Steam. Maybe that is a good thing as it turns out.

I never bothered with Steam installs, since I am not a gamer at all. :lol:  FS is the only computer game I have ever played. Oh, yes, there was Leisure Suit Larry, but that was a long time ago.

Well, my turn, now.

 

Because of my new components, I had to reinstall Windows and started reinstalling Flight, all of it! :rolleyes:  No problems so far.

 

Long. Really long. And I only have a 40 GB download limit from my ISP, hope that all of it does not go for Flight! :lol:

 

On the other hand, I should soon be flying again, or maybe it won't be finished till next week. B)

Thanks, Steve, I miss taking screenshots too.

 

It's one of my favorite activities in the game. While other people regret all the elements and features that were left out of Flight, the only thing I miss is the Instant Replay. I would watch the action over and over and take lots of pictures.

 

Heck, while I am waiting, here is a picture flying towards the sun for a landing at Nanwalek.
