v sync lost with Fixer solution

Strange... disablepreload only stops fsx from loading the default flight so it boots faster. From that to fixing vsync??

No idea why it works. I have a brand new pc with brand new FsXA and Fixer but "disable preload" was not one of the usual lines I added to the FsX.cfg. As soon as I did the v sync issue went away.
