I don't have the hybrid box. I've got the options; Default, Europe North America and Global.

Install, or reinstall the latest Object Libraries, dated 130909.  Hopefully that will solve the problem.  It has for a lot of other folks.

 

The end result is you should have FTX Global, NA, and EU (if that) choices, and when you click on FTX Global you should see the three boxes down on the bottom.  You should not have a Default option.
