Panels always open undocked

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

whenever I open a panel in FS2004 it appears undocked, i.e. with an ugly windows edge around it. Is there a way to force FS2004 to open panels docked right from the start without having to right click the panel?

Cheers

I think you have to fly in full screen to eliminate the "Windows" in the VC.

You do not open panels by right-clicking.

You open panels by either clicking the appropriate icons (if the panel designer provided any) or by using Shift-1, Shift-2 etc.

BTW, full screen or windowed mode has nothing to do with this.

EDIT: Correction: Full screen does eliminate the Windows Frames in VC. Sorry N60JBravo.

Believe me, I know how to open the panels! ;-) i meant that I always have to right-click the panels in order to dock them again. I fullscreen is the only way out of it, then so be it. :-)
