I follow the normal procedures outlined in the PMDG 777 documentation and whenever I start the second engine, after I turn the selector to START and put the fuel control switch to RUN (no matter what engine I start first), I get a yellow warning light "CAUTION", but no EICAS message and the light stays on for the entire flight until I exit to the main FS screen. I have tried pushing the warning light, but it still stays on.

 

I wonder if someone knows why this is?

Are you using the Cold & Dark panel state? If so, this is a known bug related to that panel state. Try using either long or short turnaround as the default panel.
