My first Aerocache :-D

Featured Replies

Could not connect to the server today, this happens sometimes. so the only Aerocaches on my list were the original four. Honolii Cove was at the top and this was one of the tutorials. Why not do it again?

On the runway at Hilo with my pretty little Cub. We didn't have this airplane for Hawai'i so it's almost like getting a new Aerocache.

I originally did this Aerocache during the beta and only remember that it was buggy. It continued to display that the Aerocache was 5 miles away even after getting it.

The Cub really doesn't need much runway, does it?

Nice shots there Luis. I have done the Honolii find about 5 times so far, short trip but fun. The RV-6A check out flight was fun. Now that I have a couple hundred hours in the aircraft, I think I will do it again and see the difference.

Edit: Still a fun flight and challinging landing. After flying the Cub so much lately one forgets just how fast and hard the RV is to slow down for a short dirt strip. Had to do a go-around but nailed it on the next approach.
