Have you set your terrain detail slider to max?

You should also check that your textures are set to massive in the hardware section.

This started after i installed the crap called IL-2 Cliffs of Dover.

The screen looks noisy with those blurries dancing around the plane.

I think i have to format the HD.

Ah, that is interesting! I had some inexplicable problems with FS some time back, loss of FPS, blurries. I did install Cliffs of Dover (Dvd version) at that time but I didn't connect the two events!

I solved my problems by reinstalling my Nvidia drivers and resetting Nvidia Inspector and Nvidia settings for FS9. Maybe this will work for you too?

Cheers,
