DirectX10 for Prepar3d

Featured Replies

Quick question (probably stupid as well), since the FSX guys are getting all hyped about DX10, are we able to do the same over here?

Hi,

DX11 will be supported by P3D, I believe I also read DX10 and DX9. But I could be wrong.

Former Beta Tester - (for a few companies) - As well as provide Regional Voice Set Recordings

                Two: AMD-9950X | One: AMD-7950X3D | Three: Asus TUF 4090s | Three: 64GB DDR5 RAM 6000mhz | Three: Cosair 1300 P/S | Three: 990Pro 2TB NVME                    One: Eugenius ECS2512 - 2.5 GHz Switch | Three: Ice Giant Elite CPU Coolers | Three: 75" 4K UHDTVs | One: Boeing 737NG Flight Deck

Current P3D version only supports DX9. DX10 preview code was removed by L.M. because it was buggy, flawed, and incomplete and not worth the time to fix. From what I understood from L.M. comments regarding P3D v2.0 is that they where skipping DX10 and going straight to DX11.

Cheers,

Thanks, Exactly what I was looking for. I asked due to the recent release of the DX10 fixer for FSX.
