No Support Ticket Confirmation

Featured Replies

I put in a support ticket today, but I am not sure my tickets are being sent at all.

(To my first ticket I supplied (month ago) I got an Email response, but to my last one (two weeks ago....I never got a reply...not in the Ops Center nor per Email)

Does anyone know if you are supposed to get a confirmation by the Ops Center when you put in a ticket?

Something like "your ticket has been sent to PMDG support" or so?

I get nothng, and after I describe my issue and press NEXT I am righ back at the start where you supplying a new ticket.

Don't know.  Honestly, I'd check the intro manual.  I'm not trying to be smart - I just haven't ever had to submit a ticket, so I never tried the feature.  I do recall the Ops Center part of the intro manual being rather detailed, though, so it's worth a look.

You might try logging into your account at support.precisionmanuals.com to see if it's in the history there (not sure how they set up the back end to see if it correlates them, though, so it might not...it should though, because they'd have to be able to get back to you somehow... :p0304: )

If all else fails, I'd submit the ticket the old way (and mention that the Ops Center should feature some sort of feedback to say "ticket submitted" if it doesn't already).

See that is a good idea, did not know there is a history online :-)

Thx Kyle.

Sure enough....nothing in my History other than my very first ticket of a month or so ago :-(

I tried to submit a ticket with the online Ops Center, but no luck either.

Still nothing in my history :-(

Something is blocking things.

Guess I will write an Email then.

They don't contact you when a ticket is submitted but it works because I just received my

answer via email yesterday but I also waited awhile to, I think they are really busy but they will answer.

I think I read somewhere that a support ticket is replied to no later than after two days. But like I said, I have nothing in my history either so something must be wrong.
