October 17, 201312 yr I bought active sky on 10/13/13 downloaded it and installed it. I am have a problem with it so I registered at HIFI so I could put in a ticket but never received the email to confirm my email. I tried to login and it says my account has been disabled, so I sent hifi a ticket to sales explaining the problem with the login and still no reply. So all in all i'm stuck with a program that does not work right and I can't contact them to get help. Anybody have any idea's that would help me.

October 18, 201312 yr Author Yes I have checked my spam but nothing their. This is the only time I can remember not receiving an email that I was expecting. Can I post My issue with active sky here to try and get some help?
October 18, 201312 yr Author HIFI has deleted my account, I can only guess it's because I did not verify my email. I created a new account put in all info order number,key, name all that stuff and checked it twice. That was an hour ago and still no email. I have checked spam folder it is empty.
