I use Ezdok for my views, and with it, I changed the default pilot's view that came with it. However, I didn't realize until later that the HUD requires precise positioning, and that's hard to do with Ezdok.

Move yourself back to where the original view is... I found that EZDok likes to move default, and you need to set up your own views. Or download some presets from Froogle or so.

Oh, good, I'm going to Google for that. Using the arrow keys overshoots where I want the view all the time. No way to fine tune it as far as I know. )
