Notice the black bar on the bottom of the FS screen. Occasionally this happens and when it does, pressing ALT will not bring up the menu bar at the top (sometimes it might, but it was sort of flicker and then disappear), and nothing happens when I right click. I am able to continue the flight, but can't bring up the menu if I need to. Any idea what would cause this? In this instance I am running an Acars utility for a VA. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it though.

DBS Walk and Follow?

I remember this error with that software - go google "Walk and follow" and "Black Bar" - might turn out to be the culprit!

Ah! I did find something on it. Though I simply just went ahead and uninstalled Walk and Follow; I never even use it anymore.
