Hi there, Island Jumper! Do you mind, telling your name - makes things more personal? About your questions: it's indeed quite normal that you see airplanes at airports after you have installed WOAI. Those planes fly their legs as in real life and you can see them, hear their communication with ATC, you can follow them, you can compare them with pictures at i.e. airliners.net and you can even learn how to program them (it's not rocket science). But - as i think you might have meant - you can not fly those planes, they're simple models, they're even more simple than default MS aircraft that have been shipped within FS2004/FS9.1. Hope that helps for the moment, don't hesitate to inquire deeper into that materia! Cheeers, Alex

Are u approaching a standard airport or flytampa? With flytampa some "popping" is normal - due to lod technique.

Sounds like an interference with either a module, fsuipc.ini or the fs9.cfg. Try disabling one after the other (backup first) and see what happens. Doubt it has to do sth with a certain aircraft.cfg as mentioned above, but only god knows...

Do you launch fs via a shortcut or do you doubleclick the exe file? If via shortcut: examine the command line properties. Cheers

Could be that FS9.cfg is overriding your Fsuipc.ini. As for testing: find your joystick section in fs9.cfg and add Locked=1 to lock standard auto assignments in your config. Cheers

Harald! Just a short input Interesting approach, but imho I can´t imagine that the number of entries is of any relevance with dedicated OOM/CTD occurence. Another idea would be a "bug" in any of your AI-Traffic Bgls. Even if I don´t know what traffic system you´re currently using, (especially checking relevant traffic bgls in Traffic Explorer (double files?)), it´s never wrong to recheck traffic within ACA2005 (or 2007) and search for any misbehavior in your AI traffic structure. Further down the road: have you checked your areas around OMDB/EDDF for overlapping (wrongly coordinated) scenery boundaries with LWMviewer? Think, "loaded bgl for this area" would be the function... God luck for now!

Harald! I have never been in that area around the persian gulf, but what I can almost see quite clearly is, that there HAS to be one or the other texture of an AI-Aircraft that might cause your CTD. Have you tried analyzing your AI textures with Neumanix tool? Another recommendation in finding the culprit: * Try to save a typical situation where you "should" experience this CTD * Go try Pete Dowsons "Autosave" dll, wait and fly for the CTD * Find the latest saved STN before CTD happened. * Temporarily remove parts of your AI-collection (say: Airbus at first, the Boeing, then CRJs whatever order) * Try, fly, see. * Finally you´ll find ONE texture set thats the culprit. Whereas CTDs can be caused by mislead LC´s as well. But you know that... Greets, Alex

Martin, is that the IGFLY version? IIRC, a switch for the nose gear steering angle should be next to the flaps handle, fwd ovhd area.. Is there anything on your panel?

@ematheson Why not try to put MAP2BGL underneath? It's been ages i fiddled with that - but i can imagine importing a ground layer VTP via ADE9 could be possible? Or - as someone showed at fsdevelooper: try google sketchup?
