Autopilot problems

Featured Replies

Hey!

How and why can this happen?....

I fly with FS9 since almost the beginning of FS2004, and never had problems with this....

With several different aircrafts the autopilot does not word. They are aircrafts that normally have autopilot, but since this morning that autopilot seems not te function.... Eighter when I use FSNav and on the map I point where the plane has to fly to, it does not, nor does it fly a plan that I make active.

Why could that be?

Check out the Aircrafts file!

Also your panel.

[autopilot]

autopilot_available=1

flight_director_available=1

default_vertical_speed=800

autothrottle_available=1

//use_no_default_pitch= 1

//use_no_default_bank= 1

pitch_takeoff_ga=18

autothrottle_arming_required= 1

autothrottle_takeoff_ga1

autothrottle_max_rpm=

Sounds like an interference with either a module, fsuipc.ini or the fs9.cfg. Try disabling one after the other (backup first) and see what happens.

Doubt it has to do sth with a certain aircraft.cfg as mentioned above, but only god knows...
