November 1, 201312 yr Si, mi amigo i the exact issue at moment - he saved money to buy the 777, paid online con PayPal, y no download. Ticket issued very early in morning (1AM his time on East Coast America), but no response of any kind yet. I hope this is not a trend and the company is still healthy...
