No valid order number after purchase

Yesterday I purchased 737 800/900 via Pay Pal and once the payment was complete I was directed back to the PMDG I assume to download the software. Once the site was displayed I received a message that " no valid orders order could be found ". I checked Pay Pal and the correct amount was paid, is this normal? I check my login on the PMDG site and no orders are listed. Any ideas?

I would send a support ticket to PMDG via support.precisionmanuals.com.
