I first find the Livery Manager after I download the liveries. I never  seem to find the download when I browze for it. When I do find it and click on it, a pop up occurres that says the livery has stopped, and it does whic results in a failure.

Run the livery manager as an Admin (if you don't know how to do this, search google for "run as admin").

I'm guessing this is due to the livery manager not being run as an admin.
