Going insane...!

Here's the thing.

I had FSX running great with FTX Global, REX, AS2012, PMDG 737/md-11.

Then my mobo was damaged while outside the case.
Got a new one (Same one)
Installed it all in the case.

Did a new win 7 install.

Did a new FSX install.

And i just cannot get more then 15fps stable...
With higher settings it even goes down to 3/4 ish.
It always ran smooth.

My system specs:
Asus Sabertooth Z77 

Intel i7 3770k @ 4.5ghz cooled by a Corsair H80i without HT

Corsair 16gb 1600

AMD HD6950 2gb with 13.4 drivers.

2x 19'' monitors

I run windowed on one screen with outside limiter to 30fps.

I just can not figure out why it runs so bad when it ran so good before.

Think something was seriously wrong somewhere.
Just did a vanilla fsx install.
No tweaks, No service packs yet.
Just clean and first time boot.
30 fps, rock solid with everthing set to max.
Things can only get better

Hmmm.... Wonder if a shader flush and FSX.CFG rebuild would have done it? I test a lot with add ons and DX10 fixer versions and things like that and from time to time things get out of jig. Then I wipe those two things and fire it up and like fresh again.
