Download Stuck at the end

I was trying to download something off the library, but I find that regardless of what I do, my download stops are 0sec from completion.  Hangs there for a while and gives me an error saying I can't connect to server or something.

 

Just wondering if I can grab some help to figure out what's going on please?

Try clearing your browser cache.

same thing happening to me but with only with Tehran, Mehrabad OIII and Mauritius, Plaisance FIMP every other download is not a problem did the clear browser  cache thing with no result.

any other ideas would I would be grateful
