HEEEEEELP ... (submitting a ticket)

I have tried to submit a ticket for reactivation for my JS4100 - but I can´t see it in my "ticket history" ...even though I have tried do this twice.

.... any comments/help much apreciated.

If you give your full name, they should be able to track it.

If you haven't recieved a reply to your Support ticket on this issue,  please resubmit and I will take a look at it for you.
