About to get a new case.

Thinking about either the antec 1100 or the corsair obsidian 750d.

Or... are there better ones?

It needs to be spacious but not too large.

It needs to disassemble pretty good so I can color spray the inside.

Needs to have excellent cable management.

Room for atleast a 240x120 radiator

Budgetwise the ceiling is about 250.

P.s. I can also get a little devil ld pc-v8, but I think it is huge. Anyone has experience with that one?

I ordered the obsidian 750d

You will like that case. Corsair Obsidian are nice and well supported by them.

 

I just had problems with my power button and they are sending me a complete new front.

 

The 800d is big but I wish I had gone with an even bigger 900 since I am plotting my water cooling system.

i am going to mount 1 360 radiator in the top with 3 air series sp120 fans. it's a 45mm thick radiator, so that will be more than enought for my cpu.
Next month i'll get an ek block for my r9 and an extra 120 radiator for that one.
That will be enought for my watercooling

I am (impatiently) waiting for my motherboard to become available again then I can get my rig built.

 

My WC buddy and I have been plotting but nothing final yet. I am a bit of a stickler (DA** really :lol: ) for a tidy case. Still can not settle on a design.

 

I also like the Corsair fans you are getting (was my 1st choice) - I might go with the ugly old Noctua fans.

I am really annoyed by mess and lots of wires, so cable management will be one of the most important thing.

Got a corsair ax with full cable mmanagement.so everything can be tucked away nice and clean.

We're getting there..
