Is there a website or a book where I can study and then practice in the sim the different kinds of approaches. As of right now I can fly the pattern, do an ILS approach, do a procedure turn approach, I'd like to improve my skills in these areas and learn how to do GPS and VOR approaches. I'm also looking for info on the right way to fly the hold pattern.
