November 26, 201312 yr Hey there, When I taking off, then normally you used to fold the gears. But when I push the ''G'' on the keyboard nothing happens. And in my virtual cockpit I see the gear lever is going up and down but the wheels not... What can I do? Thanks

December 11, 201312 yr Commercial Member Somebody please help me ! Is the Advanced Animations checkbox checked in your FSX settings? (it should be) Is the aircraft set as your default aircraft in the sim? (it should not be) Did you load the aircraft multiple times? (load one livery, and then load the same model again in another livery - you should avoid this) Kyle Rodgers
December 11, 201312 yr Author My box of Advanced Animations is on / ticked in. How can I see of the PMDG777 my default aircraft is in the sim? And what doe you mean with load the aircraft multiple times? I think that you mean that I have a KLM 777 and that I chose an another aircraft like the PMDG777, but thats no problem for my PC.
December 11, 201312 yr Commercial Member How can I see of the PMDG777 my default aircraft is in the sim? The aircraft would be loaded as soon as you started the sim. And what doe you mean with load the aircraft multiple times? You go to the select an aircraft screen, and select the aircraft in one livery. You then go back to the select and aircraft screen and select the aircraft in another livery. This loads the aircraft twice (which is multiple times). This can cause problems, as mentioned in the intro manual. I think that you mean that I have a KLM 777 and that I chose an another aircraft like the PMDG777, but thats no problem for my PC. If your gear aren't retracting, then it's definitely a problem for your PC if you're doing the above. What you're seeing is one of the many reasons they advise against loading the same aircraft multiple times. Kyle Rodgers

As Kyle (and the PMDG777 manual) said, DON`T load one version of the 777 and reload another version of the 777 on top of it! It has nothing to do with your PC. The software (PMDG777) can`t handle it! Just leave the Tryke as the default aircraft. (when you start FSX and create a flight you should see the Tryke ultralight rotating in the preview window (untill you select an other aircraft to fly, like the 777). Also, make sure all your hydraulics are turned on/auto. You can check all hydraulic systems are providing pressure on the Hydraulics synoptics page (it will appear on the lower center display when you press the HYD button on the Display Select Panel) Rob Robson
