I assume you would just turn off the RealView stuff since TrackIR has it's own built-in head latency stuff.

I've been using the Spit with TrackIR 2 since it was first available, and have had no problems whatsoever. The RealView works independently of TrackIR, and the two seem to be able to play together just fine. I've been able to get smooth head tracking AND the cool RealView shifting and they look great together.
