See the settings in this post. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/387061-activesky-2012-settings-what-i-am-using-now-with-ngx/. They worked for me and I use to have a serious case of the S turns in all PMDG products.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
