For some reason I have problem creating an account over at the Prepar3D site should I decide to buy Prepar3D v2, anyone else had any issues with this?

 

At first a couple of days ago when I did my first attempt to register all seemed OK but then I never received any password nor confirmation email and now if I try to register again I get a message I already registered.

 

I have also tried clicking the 'Recover password' link and then I'm told a confirmation link has been sent to my email but again...nothing in my inbox and of course I've also checked my spam folder.

You will have to email them, the email address can be found on their site, (forgot the addy).

I had same problem and it took them a couple of days to get back to me. Trust me, they want your business.

Yeah, that's exactly what I did and just like you say the got back to me within a couple of days so problem solved
