December 20, 200421 yr Hello. I'm wondering if anyone can answer this question for me regarding Mike Stone's Saab 340 & the prop lever. It seems that in this aircraft, and only this aircraft, the prop lever on my CH yoke works backwards in FS2004. Is this some kind of a known issue with this plane and FS2004 or something? Does anyone know if it's possible to fix this? Thanks very much!
December 20, 200421 yr I have a related question so let me jump in. Not with the 340 but another add on, all the levers on my PFC six lever power quad function correctly after calibration with FSUIPC...except one lever which doesn't function backward, but instead jumps 100% of its travel with just a slight movement of the physical lever. The virtual lever does not move smoothly over its rull range either. This only happens on one particular add on.Can something be edited to fix this? Thanks
December 20, 200421 yr I ran a flight with this model but I use a stick and not a yoke. I have a seperate throttle and peds. With the stick wheel programmed as prop, the rpm gauge (not panel with Mike's download) and effects displayed on various instruments such as relation of torque to prop rpm and resulting airspeed follow normally. As a test of the panel you could try renaming the panel folder and create a new one aliasing the king air panel to see how all operates just for a quick ground test. See if the rpm on just a bit of throttle run-up follows the lever.
December 20, 200421 yr Just press F2!I know, bad joke.Anyway, someone posted updated flight dynamics for this AC (extremely overpowered in my opinion), but they might fix your problem. Look for them in the Avsim library.Hope this helps,Leo
December 20, 200421 yr I have actually tried 3 different panels and get the same result in all of them so I don't think it's a panel issue. Or, if it is, all 3 have the same setting for this option (whatever that might be).
