At the first Installer screen, click on the "Options" tab. Navigate to whatever drive/folderpath/name you want to use. Or, simply type in what you want the drive/folderpath/name you want. It will be created automatically.

Thanks for the information.  Well, I must have not seen that so the app got installed in the Program Files folder.  Is there any way to just copy the P3D file over do I need to do a complete uninstall?
