Saitek Trim Wheel not recognized

I was able to set the axes on the yoke, throttles and rudder pedals, but I cannot set the axis for the trim wheel.  Any suggestions?

Did you turn and turn and turn and the trim wheel? It must be moved many revolutions before it gets recognized.
