jetstream 4100 can not install- flt-x

just opened new JETSTREAM 4100  cd ,

installing into win-7 , I go thur install process ,

flt sim comes on I pick PMDG  4100 in plan selection and flt display screen goes white and does not open , FLT SIM X  re-boots and re- boots ext...

Flt sim nut for 15 yrs , have several PMDG planes , wondering why prob's with this plane?

Odd one .... Same windows & aircraft no issues with mine, have you anti virus software running on install?

 

Tried re-install?

 

Loading Jetstream from other ac in fs (although shouldnt matter).

 

When you to get it sorted you wont regret getting it and hassle will be worth it, get FS2Crew for it as well, it flies sweeeet.
