Recommendation for trans-Atlantic aircraft

Featured Replies

Hello all - I'd like to purchase a trans-Atlantic aircraft (Boeing or Airbus) add-on that works with P3D v2. I read that Aerosoft had auto-pilot issues and not sure how reliable that is. What are your preferences for this kind of aircraft, keeping in mind that I don't want to tinker with installation etc to make it work, I have the migration tool which hopefully will do the work.

Thanks in advance.

The only "big" aircraft that works for me without the slightest hickups is the Quality Wings BAE-146. However, I never checked whether it could cross the Atlantic with it.

Since a couple of days I am also using the new iFly 737 for p3dv2. This aircraft does also work very fine but at the moment still has some minor issues.

The Aerosoft A320 AXE has a number of really nasty bugs even when one disables HDR Lighting and Mipmap VC Panels. The offered solution of Aerosoft to replace the asc.dll did not work for me but rather created new problems.
