Can someone explain or direct me to explanation of how to navigate with the VOR LOC. I have tired pressing LOC and LNAV but I a wondering if I need to put in a VOR and course or radial and hand fly with heading having selected VOR on the EFIS. Is there a way the 777 can follow the VOR LOC as in the 737NGX.

AFAIK, the 777 cannot track VOR radial. You have to set it up in FMS.

Or simply use TRK select to follow the radial as shown on the ND
