December 17, 201312 yr Hello On past saturday I have ordered FTX global on Flightsim Store site. The problem is I still didn't receive any confirming e-mail, no download links are avalable at my account. i can see that money were written of from my card account. I wrote e-mail to their support but didn't receive any feedback. Maybe someone encountered similar problems with orbx ordering problems and could advise? Thanks.
December 17, 201312 yr At the FlightSim Store, click on your account at the top of the page. You'll be required to signin with your e-mail and password you provided when you bought the product. Look at all of the products you have purchased. If the purchase was not successful, there will be nothing under your account. This is also where you go for any updates to any products you purchase from this store but usually you can download updates to any Orbx/FTX products directly from the Orbx/FTX website. If you cannot remember the password you provided when you set up an account at the store, then type in your e-mail address and click where it states something like I forgot password. It will be sent to your e-mail address and you can use the one they send you or have it reset. December 17, 201312 yr If that's the case then you definitely have problems and I hope you can somehow prove to the FlightSimStore that your credit card was used but you have no product. Maybe you selected the DVD instead of a download? Not sure if a DVD purchase will show up in your account history. Hope you can somehow get this resolved.
