December 30, 201312 yr Hi There, I am trying to submit a support ticket to reactivate my 777 & JetStream. I go through and fill in all the details and hit submit and then it just goes back to the submit ticket page and nothing seems to happen. I click 'Send Ticket List by Email' and it tells me I have no submitted tickets. Not sure what I am doing wrong. FYI, I am using Chrome on Windows 7. (I have also tried IE on Windows and Safari on OSX) Any help would be appreciated Cheers, James Wood
January 2, 201412 yr Unfortunately I don't think I can help you with that, other then to tell you to try later. I might try and send the ticket for you from my account and to ask the team to contact you over email, if the problem persists for you. --Peter Fabian
