Last year (yesterday) I installed W7 onto my new SSD, installed FSX - everything is installed just perfect, purchased REX 4 yet I can't seem to get good enough looking clouds - they look weak and aren't very dense looking. I have cloud draw distance set up quite a bit. Before on my old Hard Drive the clouds looked perfect, but now I can't figure out how they looked so good yet now they look so bad. Any suggestions?? 

Possible you're TextureLoad reverted back to 1024 ?  Check the fsx.cfg - also check youre REX config settings as well.
