I will keep this as short as possible. Running fsx on a windows 8 platform with a windows 7 compatibility setting. Was working ok until I added  megascenery los vegas... is when the trouble began. I uninstalled the scenery package and my sim has not been the same since. Now when I try to run the sim, it just gives me error msgs. I tried with the advice of a fellow simmer to add  uiautomationcore.dll.but this did not work either.  My windows is a 64 bit os but the sim is a 32 bit program.  Anyone with a working knowledge of countering this issue is most welcome to help!

This is probably your problem.  For further information on resolving your CTD(s), please check out the AVSIM CTD Guide (see the pinned topic at the top of the CTD Forum).  If you have more problems with FSX, please furnish an AppCrashView report and submit your system specs as suggested in the AVSIM CTD Guide.
