 I've seen a couple of B737NGs land without them too here at MEX at night and another turn them on almost at touchdown, also an Air Canada A319 taking off without strobes. That AC one was weird as he even turned the logo lights off before the roll.

 

 

 

And I thought my memory was terrible when I forget the landing lights.

 

I also hate missing to turn any light on when I should.

Maybe the bulbs had blown lol.
