I want use another software like EzDok which is the one I use now fow cameras in P3Dv2. My question is:

Can I use only Live came (disabling thw weather engine) in P3Dv2? or is a must?

You can enable the features you want to use. But for maximum realism you should enable both the Live Weather Engine (LWE) and the Live Camera interface. That way you will get the most realistic turbulence, both DHM head movements and Bump Aircraft motions, also ButtKicker control, they are all coordinated and supervised by the LWE.

 

You also have Live Camera Control with the option to use a 6 axis game controller.
