I'm on my 2nd leg, about to descend and I go to the approach ref page to select my flaps and vref, but I notice the info on the left is for the last airport I landed at. No matter what I do in the Dep Arr section of the fmc, the last airport is stuck in the approach ref page. How can I fix this?

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that no approaches or arrivals for your flight plan's destination airport are showing in the DEP/ARR page, only an approach or arrival to a previous airport?  Only thing I can think of is try switching off both Flight Director switches, see if the arrivals get unstuck.  Also the autopilot.  Also, try reloading the current flight plan.
