A321 stall speed indicator on MFD

Featured Replies

Hi,

When I fly A321, I noticed that there is no stall speed indicator on the speed bar of MFD. I tried to stall at high altitude and the speed just go down, then autothrottle engages and tries to save me from stalling. Red bar in 737 is just perfect. I googgled, and in real A321 stall and max speeds are really displayed on MFD. Is there a way to fix?? Quite useful on landings.

Thanks in advance.

Is this the default A321?

I suggest you buy a "proper" one over at sim market.  People were saying its on special for $30 but don't know if that offer is done by now.

Aerosoft offer the A320/321 "bundle" (it's been discounted on a couple of occasion). FlightSimLabs will come up with their buses - release date yet to be revealed.

I expect the FSL buses to be rather expensive, but they will probably be in-depth systems simulators.

The Aerosoft buses are normal procedures/left hand seat flying only without any system failures modelled - but they offer goodies like RAAS, MCE (versions locked to the Airbus in both cases), and a copilot reading checklists and checking items. Less expensive and offering good value and immersion at the same time.

Blackbox Simulations have started to release their Airbus Work-In-Progress (two different titles), but I don't own them and they are sometimes less favourably commented on by fellow simmers (rather steeply priced also).

Yeah, that was the default one. Well, I am new in aviasim, so I have much to explore with the built-in gear. Thanks anyway for your responses
