Alphasim c170b doesn't seem to have correct ground handling?

I downloaded alphasims freeware Cessna 170b for fs2004 a few months ago and its pretty nice for freeware except does not handle like a taildragger on the ground, the c170 turns slower than even tricycle gear general aviation aircraft and I mean painfully slow and I can give it full left or right rudder while on a takeoff run and it will just slide and barely turn? I would imagine it should handle on the ground more like the default j-3 cub except a little more docile? Is there a way to fix this issue because flight tuning adjustments have a very small effect on ground handling. It didn't spin either but the flight tuning adjustments fixed that. Other than those problems the flight model seemed pretty close to how it would fly in reality though I have never flown one. So what should be adjusted to change the way a plane handles on the ground?

The problem is not in flight tuning but in the contact points. I'm not sure about the Cessna 170B, but this is how appears in the default Piper Cub:

 

point.0=1,  -15.00,   0.0, -1.05, 1200, 0, 0.238,  60.0, 0.300, 2.5, 0.20, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0

 

The 8th value is the steering angle in degrees. You can identify this because all other contact points have it at zero. I don't remember the original value, maybe it was 180°. Change this value to something at/under 90°. Hope this helps.
