Moving the Tree Line?

Quite a while back someone put me onto a small program that moves the tree line around FSX airports back from the runway/airport boundaries.  I have lost track of the program and Google doesn't appear to be much help.  Can someone give me a link to that program?

Search for "lumberjack" in the avsim library. That would be the file your looking for.
