I love their planes but documentation must have blown out the window on delivery!

Does anyone know if and how to open cargo doors, wheel chocks, engine covers and the like?

I think the developers are so busy making these fine aircraft, that by the time they are done, they mischeviously leave out these details and are snickering to themselves! Just kidding of coarse
