Flying tonight w full install and I get this window telling me in not so many words that my joystick functions will stop and they did. I have the full X-plane 10 disks installed. Should the demos of KSEA and LOWE in the scenery folder be removed to prevent this from happening again, or is there another reason for this, I know when you run the demo from X plane site you cannot leave Seattle area etc. Any advice  Thank you

Have you run the update after you installed the disks ?

As that sounds like you are still in demo mode.

Do not remove the sceneries from your folder. You need Disk 1:

"Put Disc 1 into your DVD-ROM drive. Starting X-Plane without this will force X-Plane to run in demo mode only."

Thank you all, I did not have D-1 in drive. I caught this last night but could not amend my question since site was not available. I have run it many times w/out it, strange. It must chk your install at random. :wacko: I sure love this X plane.
