Every time a reach about 80 knots the bird start veering about 45 degrees left, off the runway. Any ideas?

This A/C sim requires rudder trim with speed & power changes.  There's a rudder trim knob on the lower pedestal that I usually click to the right a few times before t/o.  Torque is pushing the plane left, trim to the right (assuming your controller isn't off).
