P3D 2.1 works fine.  I patched the exe to be able to use FSInn, no problem.  However, FSX pilots can see me, but I can't see them when we're on the same FSD server.  Any ideas?  I did notice that I can't use the PLA window to assign an aircraft to them,  I suspect that's related to the problem.

Only way to get fsinn to work is with the Estonia Migrator using virtual fsx mode
