    Yup, just get the free Airport Design Editor, load the airport and it has a function to fix taxiway links for P3d2.2. Save and you are done. Really easy.

    It has an installer for P3D2.X and it works beautifully.

    Doesnt turn off anything at all, it just creates an fsx.exe entry for any program to looks for it. The fsx.exe is actually a copy of p3d.exe.
