Help with the FS9 KBT P-3A Aero Star

I am trying to install the KBT P-3A Aero Star (the FS9 version) and the installer is not letting me install the plane on my Win7 system (I guess the installer was made for XP?). Is there a place I can get this plane without the installer? Or is there a way I can install this plane on my computer?

Try to open the installer with Universal Extractor (freeware)  !!
