Hi Mike: OK.. 

Here is the changed cfg - you'll see some change, but not a whole lot: The biggest issue, by far - is that your processor is far too slow. I was able to oc the 950 to 4.48 on air (Muggen2), so you should be able to overclock to at least 4.2 gig, which you will notice.

The other piece is your Inspector setting. I have set the AA in the cfg for 4X set in the DX10 Fixer, so you can use this NI as a base. If it's still stuttering - drop the AA to 2x in the Fixer, and 2x SGSS in NI.

I had myy PC running at 4gHZ,but it was unstable and i don`t know how to clock it higher safely.
